Conjoined twins who faced each other separated in California surgery

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Doctors separated conjoined twins at a California hospital, where the pair of 2-year-old girls who faced each other were recovering in stable condition after 17 hours of surgery, officials said on Thursday.
