Fisher & Paykel wins German court case against ResMed

WELLINGTON (Reuters) - Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Corporation Ltd said on Friday a German court has overturned both preliminary injunctions granted to ResMed Inc, which had taken legal action against the New Zealand-based medical device maker.
