Global coalition aims to outpace epidemics with new vaccines

DAVOS, Switzerland (Reuters) - A global coalition of governments, health specialists and philanthropists will launch a new plan on Thursday to "outsmart" future disease epidemics with a fund to prepare and create new vaccines.
