Tenet posts smaller loss; to sell hospitals to HCA

(Reuters) - Tenet Healthcare Corp, which reported a smaller-than-expected quarterly loss on Monday, said it would sell three of its Houston-based hospitals to larger rival HCA Holdings Inc.
