Washington state sues opioid manufacturer Purdue Pharma

(Reuters) - Washington state on Thursday sued OxyContin maker Purdue Pharma LP, becoming the latest state or local government to file a lawsuit seeking to hold pharmaceutical companies accountable for the national drug addiction epidemic.
