Aetna silent on CVS bid reports, flags tax hit in 2018

(Reuters) - U.S. health insurer Aetna Inc declined to comment on Tuesday on reports it is in merger talks with CVS Health Corp and laid out obstacles to 2018 earnings growth, sending its shares lower.
