Maryland charges Insys with engaging in deceptive opioid scheme

Maryland on Thursday charged Insys Therapeutics Inc with having engaged in deceptive practices that resulted in a powerful opioid medication the drugmaker produced that was meant for cancer patients being prescribed to other people.
