EMA committee recommends restrictions on fluoroquinolone, quinolone antibiotics

The European Medicines Agency's risk assessment committee has recommended restrictions on the use of broad-spectrum antibiotics fluoroquinolone and quinolone following a review of side effects, the EMA said on Friday.
