China reports zero locally transmitted coronavirus cases outside Hubei

Mainland China, outside Hubei province the epicenter of the coronavirus outbreak, reported no new locally transmitted cases on Sunday for the second straight day, as authorities remained on alert for infections arriving from abroad.
