Device maker Teleflex boosts urology business with NeoTract buy

(Reuters) - Medical device maker Teleflex Inc said on Tuesday it would buy privately held NeoTract Inc to strengthen its portfolio of urology devices in its second billion-dollar deal in the past nine months.
