Senator unveils rare bipartisan healthcare initiative

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Bipartisan legislation to help stabilize Obamacare was unveiled in the U.S. Senate on Thursday with 22 sponsors in the 100-member chamber, Republican Senator Lamar Alexander said on Thursday.
