U.S. private citizen cites mystery illness symptoms after China visit

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A U.S. private citizen who visited China has reported symptoms like those of U.S. diplomats afflicted with a mysterious illness in Havana and Guangzhou, a U.S. State Department official said on Thursday.
